Single-family tract homes, the best known aspect of William Krisel's work, comprise this subseries. Only a portion of the large number of developments with which Krisel was involved are preserved here, and often with only a limited amount of material, although his tracts of Corbin Palms, Twin Palms, and University City are well represented. Of particular interest is the documentation of the renewed popularity of Krisel's home designs through correspondence with current owners, recent online postings and the Maxx Livingstone Modern Homes plan to put Krisel's original designs back into production.
