Original poster prototype for a parody of conventional Enlistment posters: caricatures of colonial soldiers fraternizing with bare-breasted African women, portrayed grotesquely in native costume, together with tropical foliage, a colonial helmet with anchor, a barracks building, a portion of a Dear Jane letter ("Ma cher [sic] Ugeni...") and other implements such as pipes, bottles, a cup, a jar labeled "Singe" (Monkey) and a sword.
