solo and group shows, as well as such materials related to others artists. If, however,
an artist has a file in Series XII. Artist files, solo exhibition ephemera is filed in
that series. Original drafts or paste-ups of Herms designed ephemera is filed in Series
IV. Project files. In addition, this series contains an array of material Herms received
in the mail.

Arranged in seven groupings, and within each group in chronological order by year,
except for institution newsletters, which are arranged in alphabetical order by the
first letter of the institution name.
