More than one hundred serials were separated to the library and are identified as part
of the Herms collection by a note in the library record for the serial. Those that
remain are out of scope for the general library but still pertinent to Herms have been
retained, and these range from local arts newspapers to national humor magazines.
Arrangement
Serials arranged in chronological order by year. Assorted materials found in serials,
or envelopes belonging to serials separated to the library, are randomly arranged at the
end of the series.
