Antin (David) Papers
Series III. Talk pieces and written works, 1963-2006, undated 18.2 Linear Feet (43 boxes)
David Antin selected audio and video recordings: 1971-2006, undated

David Antin's talk pieces form the core of this series. For the audio recordings, the titles used here are taken directly from the cassettte labels and usually reference either a form of the name of the work or the venue. A few recordings of work by other artists are also included here. The series then continues with documentation of Antin's visual works such as "Skypoem," as well as manuscripts, typescripts and photocopies of Antin's writings on art, literature, and other topics.
Arrangement
The series is arranged in five groupings: audio recordings, transcripts, video recordings, manuscripts and typescripts, photocopies of published work. Some materials in the transcript and manuscript groups overlap, but the designations of the original box labeling were retained. The audio recordings, transcripts and videos also retain their original order. The manuscripts are in rough alphabetical order by title. Use copies of audio visual materials are available as noted.
