Series VIII. Administration files, 1985-2002, undated 39 boxes
This series includes memoranda and letters among members, minutes of meetings, resumes, mailing lists, fan mail and requests for interviews, permissions, reviews, and serials with articles about the Guerrilla Girls.

Arranged in groupings beginning with the most internal correspondence, notes and discussions among the Guerrilla Girls, to the most public, such as clippings and serials. Within each grouping, material is arranged in chronological order by year.

Fan Mail, the Guerrilla Girls' term for their general correspondence, includes letters of praise and enthusiasm, inquiries about joining up, requests for posters or other reproductions, and some queries about collaborations. While there is some overlap with materials in Permissions and requests (Box 34), the latter comprises established serials, contracted books or known institutions, while these correspondents have less established projects or are making very general, preliminary inquiries. There are also possible overlaps with Donation files in Business correspondence, Boxes 47-55.
