Watts (Robert) papers
Series III. Correspondence, 1960-1988 1.5 Linear Feet
Much of the professional correspondence is between Watts and various galleries. Some of it regards the purchase, lending or transport of his art, but in other cases includes a detailed description, explanation, or photography of one or more pieces. Personal correspondence includes mainly letters from girlfriends or artist friends. Arranged chronologically within subseries.
