The materials used to produce the 1:1000 scale maps published as volume III of the CTP in 1984 comprise this subseries. They document the transition from raw data to finished maps. A detailed discussion of this process is found in the Introduction to CTP IIIA. The aerial photography of the site commissioned by Vander Poel in 1979 is of particular interest. Also included in this subseries are the materials relating to the creation of the schematic plan of the site.

Three series of photographs, labeled D, E and F. Series E has two sets of photographs. One set contains E-001 to E-373 (lacking 73, 75, 76, 95-101, 117-122, 139-140, 186-190, 256), while the other is much less complete. Series F contains one set of photographs labeled F-002 to F-368 (lacking 79) and a small number of duplicate prints.
